Terms of Service

Inquiry & Order Placement

  • Please answer this form. Please review the waitlist here as well.

  • Once I have reached out to you and confirmed your order, please donate the final price to any GFM or charity listed here. If you are coming from Emblemcon, please donate to Direct Relief via Tiltify.

  • Send me a screenshot of your proof of payment (PoP).

  • If you would like to donate to another charity, please send the link of the charity to me along with your PoP. In this case, the PoP will be valid for 3 days from payment date to date of form submission.

Working Period

  • Okay: OC, fanart, horror and SFW violence, animals/creature, nonsexual nudity, symbols of support (e.g. watermelon, pride flag)

  • Not Okay: sexual and gory NSFW, hateful propaganda

  • I may reject your commission if I am not comfortable with the subject matte, if I feel like I cannot fit it within my schedule, or if the Terms of Service is violated in any part of the process.

  • I will send you a progress sketch for finalization of composition and posing. You can always ask for more WIPs if you would prefer. You are entitled to two (2) major changes in the sketch phase and three (3) minor changes before the final turnover. This does not apply for Surprise-Me sketches.

  • Please expect your order to be completed within two (2) months. I will notify you if there are any delays that will come up. I also do not take rush commissions.

  • The final piece will be sent via e-mail. Once it is received, the client may no longer ask for any changes.

Artist's Rights to the Following:

  • I maintain rights to the art itself.

  • I may post the commissioned work on my social media and portfolio.

  • I may post a speedpaint video of the commissioned work.

Client's Conditions

  • You may not use the commissioned work for profit.

  • You may not use the commissioned work for anything related to NFTs, generative AI, hateful rhetoric and messaging, and/or political propaganda.

  • You may print the commissioned work for your own personal use.

  • You may post the commissioned work on your social media and website with proper credit.
